This Web Feature Service combines all the spatial data available from Historic Environment Scotland.
This web mapping service (WMS) contains all the layers held on Marine Scotland Maps (NMPi) portal, excluding any layers consumed from a third party WMS. Layers which are licensed only for the viewing via MS Maps may be hidden from the service.
This dataset is based on the digital (vector) version of the Soils of Scotland 1:250,000 maps and the Land Cover of Scotland 1988. The topsoil carbon percentage in this data set has been computed using data from the Scottish Soils Knowledge Base (SSKIB).

Data from the DiGMap covering the whole of the United Kingdom at a scale of 1:625 000 is available in this OGC WMS service for personal, non-commercial use only. The service is a contribution to the OneGeology-Europe initiative. The layers can be displayed either by age or by lithology.
