WFS Service provides download capabilities for details of the current provision of Housing Land in Fife
Fife has over 6,200 Listed Buildings, which is close to 10% of Scotland’s total entries on the statutory list. Listed Buildings are buildings or other structures of special architectural or historic interest compiled by Historic Scotland. They are published as an XY point theme. This dataset contains polygon features derived form OS building footprint using the point features.
This WMS provides map display capabilities for all INSPIRE published spatial data available from Fife Council.

They seek to implement the Strategic Development Plan requirements (TAYplan and SESplan) on a site specific basis over a ten year period in Fife.
A conservation area is an area of architectural or historic value, the character or appearance of which it is desirable to preserve or enhance. Conservation areas usually feature buildings of high architectural value. The designation is based not only on these buildings but also the overall character of an area, taking into account the layout of buildings and open spaces such as squares, private gardens, parks and designed landscapes. As well as appearance, the present and historic uses of the area are also important.

Dataset provides details of the location and description of development (take-up) of employment land as allocated in adopted local plans for the audit period August 1st(year) to 31stJuly (year). This also includes windfall sites which are employment sites which come through the planning system and are not allocated in an adopted local plan.
