GeoIndex is a publically-accessible map-based index to the datasets that BGS have collected or have obtained from other sources. All datasets presented are derived from the BGS corporate data holdings. The DiGMapGB-50 dataset integrates geological information from a variety of sources. These include recent digital maps, older 'paper only' maps, and desk compilations for sheets with no published maps.
