- Statement
- The dataset ws digitised against OS Land-Line, OS Boundary-Line and OS Land-Form PROFILE contour data and then matched to OS 1:10 000 scale black and white raster by Loch Lomond & The Trossachs Interim Committee (now LLTNPA) GIS team. This is the boundary referred to in The Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park Designation Transitional and Consequential Provisions (Scotland) Order 2002. Legislation provides that boundary changes have to be consulted on and made through and appropriate SSI. Ministers would propose the change and the Scottish Parliament would make the decision. This is not envisaged to be a frequent process.
