Statement

Angus Council has prepared its annual Audit of Housing Land detailing those sites with a capacity of five or more houses which contribute to the available supply of land for housebuilding within Angus. The audit will be an important source of information for the monitoring of the TAYplan. It will also be used to inform the Proposed Angus Local Development Plan. The audit gives details of the available land supply in each of the four Angus Housing Market Areas.
